Warranty Registration

All Kenway-installed systems are warranted for one full year on both parts and services. Below is our Standard Warranty Policy. We work with OEMs to modify our policy as requested.

KENWAY WARRANTY POLICY

Standard Warranty

Kenway warrants its products to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship under Kenway approved use.

New System Warranty

Kenway will replace or repair any of its defective products for a period of one year or 2000 hours of use, whichever occurs first.
The warranty shall start on Kenway’s invoice date of the system or component requiring consideration of warranty.

Limits of Warranty

All warranty repairs and services must be performed by a qualified service technician following Kenway procedures.

Kenway reserves the right to replace or repair any defective part.

Kenway may request at its own cost, that a defective part be returned to the factory for inspection prior to warranty consideration. If so an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) will be issued. Items returned without proper authorization will be disposed of without warranty consideration.

Warranty does not extend to any products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect storage or handling, improper usage in violation of instructions (if any) furnished by the company.

Warranty does not extend to products that have been modified or altered in any way without prior written authorization from Kenway.

Kenway takes no liability for consequential damages/loss including but not limited to the following: re-installation cost, transportation cost, labor cost, opportunity cost, and service cost.

Warranty does not extend to component failures due to non- Kenway products.

Kenway reserves the right to make design improvements without any obligation to change units or parts previously manufactured.

This warranty supersedes all previous warranty policies, expressed or implied.
